We use gel ice packs in the warm months to keep the product cold until delivery. How long will the chocolate last?
Our chocolate products have a shelf life of over 1 year. We do not recommend refrigeration. Simply store the product at room temperature (not over 72*) – keep away from direct sunlight and heating units. Our cookies have a shelf life of 3-4 months. SHIPPING Where can you ship wine baskets?
Due to Local ordinances, gift baskets containing wine may only be shipped to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TN, VT, WV, WI, WY. Some wine gift baskets can also be shipped to GA, TX, NY, WA,VA. Additionally, you must be 21 years and older to purchase gift baskets containing wine. Adult signatures are required on all wine shipments. How long does it take to get my order?
All gift baskets will be shipped within 48 business hours from time of order. Standard shipping is UPS ground which usually takes 3-5 business days depending on delivery location and time of year. Expedited shipping is available on telephone orders only. Custom chocolate orders can usually be ready for shipment in 2 weeks. Then apply delivery time according to shipping method chosen. How long does it take to get a non-chocolate order?
Most non-chocolate orders will ship within 24 hours, and will arrive at the shipping destination with 2-3 business days. If you need a faster shipping service, please call us to place your order. How long does it take to design custom jewelry?
Depending on your needs, most customers will receive their jewelry within 4-6 weeks. Rush projects are available, and must be approved by a Design Liaison. RETURNS What is your return policy?
If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, you may do so under the following policy: We gladly accept returns of unused items in the original packaging. Partial basket contents do not count as a return. Returns must be sent back within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will refund your purchase price, minus original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer returns, refunds or credits on the following items:
